Kohl Glass (Writer/Director/Editor) lived in Utah where he was studying film at Brigham Young University while writing and directing The Promethean. Since then he has had the opportunity to work with a puppet when he directed The Fisherman and His Wife, a segment of a local PBS program which adapts fairy tales for children. He is currently in post-production on his last student film, an animated short titled Der Ostwind about a WWI German Ace and his search for a worthy opponent. Kohl was born in the latter end of 1974 in Mesa, Arizona where he has lived most of his life, only excepting short stints in the mountainous regions of Colorado and two years in the jungles and beaches of Okinawa, Japan.

Brandon Dayton (Producer) recently completed studies in Film and Illustration at Brigham Young University. During his studies there, he became friends with Kohl Glass. After looking for a number of ways to collaborate with Kohl, Brandon was given the opportunity to act as producer on The Promethean. He is currently working on his short film Coney Island. |

Travis Cline (Director of Photography) hails from Brigham Young University. He has collaborated with Glass on many projects, including the upcoming Der Ostwind. Cline lensed his first theatrical feature this year, Pride and Prejudice, and photographed Slamdance's Grand Jury Prize winner of 2003, The Snell Show.

Chantelle Squires (First assistant director) was a Varsity cheerleader at Lehi High School. Director and editor of Out of Step: Behind the Scenes (2002), the "making of" documentary included on the DVD release for the Latter-day Saint-themed feature film Out of Step (2002). The documentary was filmed by Calvin Cory and Christian Vuissa. Was one of three script supervisors for Clark Edmunds' short BYU student film Elise (2001). First assistant director and additional editor for the award-winning short BYU student film The Promethean (2003). Director of the 30-second PSA (Public Service Announcement) commercial titled Literacy (2003), which competed in the 3rd LDS Film Festival (Jan. 2004) and was described thus: "A man realizes that his illiteracy is a stumbling block when he takes his daughter to the hospital."
